The need
Our next mentoring cohort starts September 1 and needs a single owner of its day-to-day operations to bring it from a screened pool to a running cohort.
What you will do
- Finalize mentor and mentee matches
- Schedule and launch the cohort
- Track progress and surface risks early
- Keep mentor and mentee communications warm and on time
Who we are looking for
- Has run a program, cohort, or volunteer team before
- Strong organization and reliable follow-through
- Warm, clear communication
- Available through the September cohort
