The need
TFA needs a director who can keep program strategy, delivery evidence, participant safeguards, and board oversight connected without taking over day-to-day program management.
What you will do
- Guide the board's program strategy and outcome measures
- Oversee program risk, safeguards, and leadership capacity
- Review program performance and recommend corrective action
- Connect program priorities to funding, partnerships, and Nigeria execution
Who we are looking for
- Board, board-committee, or comparable governance experience
- Evidence of leading or overseeing programs and measurable outcomes
- A substantive commitment to Africa and TFA's mission
- Comfort separating board oversight from day-to-day operations
